Shipping Rates
Your shipping rate at checkout is based on the weight and destination of your items. In order to continue offering the lowest possible prices on our products and to maintain the quality of our packaging, we strive to keep our shipping policies as modest as possible.
What we do to keep your shipping rate low:

- Shipping within & outside Lagos is subject to rates based on package weight and location.

- We package fabric on hangers where it can be safely folded to avoid creases.
Free Sample Shipping
All Lagos sample orders are delivered for free.
Outside Lagos sample orders have a N2000 shipping fee. Delivery times vary but are generally 1 – 7 business days.

N.B:
Business Days are defined as weekdays, Monday-Friday, 9am-4pm, excluding Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays.

- Any orders received after 2:30 pm will be processed the following day

- We are not responsible for carrier delays due to exceptions as determined by the carrier or due to delays by fault of the carrier. We are unable to offer shipping refunds in these occurrences. This applies to all shipping methods including express shipping.

- Any special services required or requested for delivery & not included in free shipping will be quoted separately.

- Any shipment that is undeliverable to the customer is considered a return and will have the returned shipping cost deducted from the refund.

International Shipping
We ship almost all over the world. To view international shipping rates, add the desired items to your cart and proceed to the checkout process. In the Shipping Information section, put in the appropriate address.
All duties are the responsibility of the customer. Brokerage fees will be charged for items shipped .
Returns Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us!
Any customer who is dissatisfied with a purchase may return the item(s) and receive a refund. All returned items must be uncut and in original, unaltered condition and packaging. Returns must be received within 30 days of original ship date. Any claims regarding an order must be made within 30 days of shipment.
To ensure proper credit of your return, please contact Customer Service and we will happily assist you. All returns require a return authorization number that will be provided to you. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. You may send back the item(s) through a carrier of your choice. Refunds are typically issued 5-7 days after the item(s) are received and processed.
The following products are ineligible to be returned:

- Clearance Items

- Fabric Samples

- Fabric Remnants

- Custom printed fabric.
Please note:

- Unless we are in error, we do not refund the fee from the selected shipping method included in your order total.

- Items returned to us in non-sellable condition will be returned to sender. The customer will be notified via email and no refund will be given. A non-sellable condition includes, but is not limited to, items that have been washed, cut, marked, soiled, or wrinkled, or items that have absorbed a strong odor.

- It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the item(s) of their order upon receipt to ensure any issues can be resolved within the 30 day window.

- We are not responsible for any fees on finished products (after sewing the fabric). The item(s) should be inspected prior to fabrication (sewing).
